“The first time I went to Kia of North Grand Rapids, I was in the area for a funeral and needed an oil change,” Beth said. “When they returned my car to me, not only had the oil been changed but they washed it, too – and it really needed it after the 12-hour drive. They just took really good care of me and I came away very impressed.”

Since then, she’s been back on several other occasions and now considers Kia of North Grand Rapids to be her “home” dealership. “Each time I come in, they remember my name immediately, and that makes me feel like I matter to them.”

A retired Amway employee who worked for the company for 32 years, Beth understands a thing or two about service. “When I’m there, I go around and say hello to everyone including the service manager and the parts guys,” Beth said. “I believe in recognizing and acknowledging great work, and they all do their jobs very well. They not only do everything they tell you they will, but they have also created a very nice atmosphere in which to do business.”
